Depending on your goals, to be a better sprinter, to become an excellent time trialist, increase performance over long periods of times, or even just to finish a 100 mile race and feel great the day after, our hopes are to identify the training patterns, which provide the greatest performance gains.
Because we are sampling from a broad pool of athletes with an extreme variation in training patterns, we may be able to identify the best components from all these activities that seem to be correlated with the outcomes listed above.
As we start to piece these components together, we will slowly add them to this section of the project.
